Joining Troop 38

We are excited to welcome your family to the troop.

Quick Start

  1. Visit a Monday troop meeting and meet the leadership team.
  2. Email the Membership Chair to let the troop know you are ready to join.
  3. Complete the youth application and medical forms.
  4. Schedule time to review forms and submit registration fees and dues.
  5. Review the Parent Resources page for uniform, camping, communication, and payment information.

How to Join Troop 38

Now that you've visited Troop 38 and met with some of our leaders, you've made the decision to join the troop. We are so excited to have your family become a part of Troop 38!

What are the next steps in that process?

Contact our Membership Chair at t38membership@gmail.com to advise of your interest, complete the forms below, print them, and schedule a time to meet with the Membership Chair to review the forms and collect any registration fees and dues so that we can get your Scout registered with the troop.

Once that is complete, please visit the New to the Troop section of our website for valuable information that will make the transition into the troop an easy one!
