United States Flag displayed by a Scout

Show Your Patriotism & Support Scouting

The Scouts of Troop 38 invite you to join our Flags of Freedom fundraising campaign. For just $48 per year, our Scouts will display a beautiful 3' x 5' American flag in your front yard on six patriotic holidays.

Your support helps Scouts defray the costs of summer camp and gives them a meaningful opportunity to serve the community.

All proceeds directly support troop equipment, camperships, and educational programs for our youth.

How It Works

Our flag service area covers assigned neighborhoods in New Territory, Sugar Land. Scouts, with assistance from their parents or guardians, will display your flag during the subscription year.

Scouts arrive in the days leading up to each holiday, safely install a secure PVC pipe mount flush with your lawn, and display the flag on a 10-foot pole. After the holiday concludes, they carefully remove and store the flag for the next occasion.

Your subscription runs from Memorial Day to President's Day in February, covering Flag Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veterans Day in between.
